Database Design uses Rational Rose in design, integration, and testing. Databases are structured for particular platforms (Oracle, DB2, MySQL) but every attempt is made to design an open format capable of using any commercial or open-source database.

Integration with existing datastructures means we can wrap your data with existing frameworks for uploads to public databases. An example is the SOFT format for GEO (Gene Expression Omnibus). Our gene databases provide data in a format that drops directly into GEO for sharing and public access.
