Biomining is a scientific consulting company. We offer several classes of products for high-throughput technologies, drug companies, lead optimization groups, CRO's and basic statistical analyses.

Software and Database Design is a cornerstone of Biomining. We have several programmers who operate in different programming environments and who utilize a variety of commercial and open-source databases. We offer corporate packages using DB2 or Oracle in C++/C# or Java, to systems using MySQL and Tomcat for academic or not-for-profit organizations.

Statistical Analysis and Scientific Writing is the method through which our analyses are delivered to clients and/or the public. We provide high-throughput analysis of large microarrays, SPR, phage-display, or other measurements and a scientific writeup of the methodology, references, and interpretations necessary for publication or FDA applications. Our group is fully compliant with data security and integrity, CFR21 part 11, and human subjects treatment.
